Sensational Trip

The Perfect Tour Company.

African Game Trek was everything it promised, and more! Boniface was prompt and honest in responding to emails, met us at the airport, had helpful suggestions for additional activities for our additional days in Kenya.

The hotels and tented camps were excellent, with western toilets and showers. Game drives were exceptional, Boniface was extremely knowledgeable and communicated with other guides to locate as many animals as possible. We will definitely call them again for safaris to other game parks!

All these are available at www.africangametrek.com or email us at info@africangametrek.com for more packages.

The Most Perfect Honeymoon We Could Have Asked For.

The Honeymoon.

I spent a long time trying to search for a safari company that would do what we wanted at a reasonable price. I found African game trek and contact them. Kephar was great in answering all my questions and replied very quickly to every question and was excellent at suggesting things for us.

We booked a private safari for our honeymoon with our custom itinerary, which was really great being able to do that. On arrival in Nairobi we were met by the guide, Odhis, that would be with us for the next few days. He took us to the hotel for the first night and picked us up early the following morning to set out on safari.

Our guide really made the holiday special. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew where to find all the animals. We saw 4 of the big 5 on the first evening game drive! Accommodation throughout the safari was a mixture of lodges, camping in the wild, and hotels. All we goods and unique in there own way and the food was first class.

After a couple days exploring the Masai Mara our Kenyan guide drove us to the Tanzanian border where he helped us through the visa process and made sure the Tanzanian guide met us for the next part of our safari. Again the guide was great and very knowledgeable.

After a few days in Tanzania he then drove us back to the Kenya border where our first Kenyan guide met us for the last couple of days in Kenya. Nothing was too much trouble for these guides, they really helped us and answered all our questions. At no point did we feel unsafe, everything ran smoothly.

They made sure we got where needed to be! To sum up this company provided us with a first class, prefect safari for our honeymoon and at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate in booking with them again or recommending them to family and friends. You won't be disappointed with them.

Dream Come True

Do You Have A Dream?

This safari through African Game Trek exceeded all expectations. Boniface was very responsive to our requests and exceptionally understanding when we had to change our plans at the last minute. He provided us a very professional tour with personalized service.

We received a private tour which took us to four different locations in Kenya. Each site had its own wonders to reveal, each as spectacular as the last. From a beautiful sunrise in a hot air balloon over the savannah to exquisite sunsets among the acacia trees to elephants against the backdrop of Kilimanjaro, the beauty alone was breath-taking.

We told our guide what animals we wanted to see on our safari, and save the ever-elusive leopard, we saw multiple opportunities with everything we hoped for. Our accommodations were all first class.

Western bathrooms and showers with large comfortable beds. The food was also very good and I never left the table hungry. If you are looking for a safari tour company to work with you- this is the one! Incredible experience delivered by an impressive guide. I will never forget either one.

All these under one roof, all it takes is to hit us on www.africangametrek.com or info@africangametrek.com for an amazing experience.

An Amazing And Wonderful Experience With African Game Trek

 The Experience.

Odhis was a fabulous safari guide. He planned a week of wonderful adventures and game viewing. He is so knowledgeable and informed about the territory, the people, and the animals. He was most attentive to every detail. We traveled from Nairobi to the Masai Mara to Lake Natasha, to Nakuru to Amboseli - by land rover, boat, foot, and hot air balloon.

We had great conversations about the country, the culture, the environment and the local villages. The number and variety of birds and animals we saw exceeded all of our expectations. The gorge, mountains, savannas, lakes, and meadows were breath taking. Odhis always made sure our views were the very best and that our photo ops were maximized.

We were so close to spectacular animals, being able to watch their daily patterns and practices and parenting. Lodging was lovely and the food was exceptional. I want to go again and again and again ... and I want to tell all my friends not to miss this incredible opportunity. On our final half day, Odhis surprised us by taking us to a giraffe sanctuary, where were blessed with kisses by a very tall handsome giraffe.

That was followed by a visit to Karen Blixen's house (a.k.a. Izak Denizen - "Out of Africa" - a very lovely surprise. Our parting dinner was at a place called Carnivore where we celebrated new friendships and a deeper love for Africa and Kenya in particular.

Our trip was simply wonderful. It was very reasonably priced and chock full of daily adventures. If you are looking for something very special, this is it. You will surely leave a part of your heart in Africa.

Easter Holiday Celebration.

SOUTH COAST

South Coast
The south coast is by far the most idyllic and fascinating tourist resort of the Kenya coast. The resort which is unique fir its long white sandy beaches, is linked by ferry to Mombasa Island. The most notable of the beaches is Diani which is serviced by well appointed and luxurious hotels, chattels and villas. The South Coast resort stretches from Likoni South of Mombasa to the Kenya/Tanzania border. Shimba hills can be seen quite clearly from this beach. The hotels along Diani Beach are located on the cleared beach front areas of the Jadini forest which is still a haunt of wildlife such as leopard, colobus monkeys and a wide variety of birdlife. Apart fom sunbathing, there is a variety of other sports such as waterskiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, snorkeling and deep sea fishing. Diani/ Chale Marine national Park and Reserve are places with a dazzling array of technicolored fish and coral gardens which are worth visiting. Viewing the denizens of these marine National Parks from glass bottomed boats or by snorkeling offers one an unforgettable experience.

Easter With Loved Ones.

LAMU ISLAND

Lamu Island
Lamu archipelago with its magnificent old house and narrow alleys that have defied the passage of time, delicate wood craftsmanship of yester year, numerous mosques and a thriving Swahili culture is an ideal resort for those like going down memory lane. A visit to Lamu takes one back through time to a way of life that has remained uncharged for the last six hundred years. Time tends to standstill when holidaying in Lamu. Little has changed one can capture the ambiance and mystery of one of the trading posts of East Africa coastline that has persisted for the last seven centuries. Lamu archipelago is the Venice of Kenya as it is linked to the mainland and to the three other smaller islands of Kikwayu, Manda and Kiunga by waterways. The great author, Earnest Hemingways had made his home in Lamu and most of his writings were inspired by this fascinating Island. The Maulidi festival that takes place in Lamu soon after the Muslim holiday of Idd IL Fitr draws pilgrims from Africa, Asia and Middle East and is one of the attractions that should not be missed. Other attractions worth seeing include a visit to the mangrove swamps and the Lamu Museum. Donkeys are used as a mode of transport on the island since there is no motorized transportation.
